Avoid crap food as much as possible, but as a reward I'll have a Doner or a Chicken sub, on honey oat, with tomatoes, lettuce and light mayonaisse from Subway.

I don't like fast food unless it's from Jason's Deli or Boston Market. Or a Schlotzsky's sandwich is damn good. You can have the McDonalds and Burger King colon clogger food all you want
