Well exactly as expected it was a complete hoax. I hope the police officer loses his job as I asssume deluding the gullible in that manner and wasting everyone's time and money is an act of illegal fraud.

I would love to see these guys stuck in prison just for being such fucktards but how the hell anyone got duped by this completely moronic story is a baffling to me.

Ahahahahahahah it does indeed appear that Biscardi was completely fooled.
