I turned 30 days of night off after 20 mins because I thought it was completely shit, but then vampire movies arn't my thing.
My fave horrors of all time are American Werewolf in London, Dog Soldiers, the original Amityville Horror, The Shining, Gothika and Devil's Advocate.
Rosemary's Baby was good too, as was the Japanese Ringu trilogy.
I've just burned off a copy of the Strangers now and am going to watch it whilst I box up all my dvd orders. Meant to be good I'm looking forward to it.
Looks a bit like Vacancy which I enjoyed too.

AMERICAN WEREWOLF IN LONDON scared the shit out of me at the time!Mind you i was only 9 or 10 year old.I've only watched it about twice and the scene were all the traffic is crashing in the middle of london looked soo real. Its been about 18year since i watched it.Does'nt the Wolf end up eating people on the double decker bus?I think so.

THE POLTERGEIST part one scared the shite out of me when i was young.Especially the part were the little girl start talking to the glost through the T.V set
I heard ages ago that the little girl in the film actually died after making the films(s)is that true?I do know that the film set was cursed during making the film.Thats scary!!!!!!!!
