Well, the way I do it(whitch is probably a "longcut") is I hit print screen which saves the image in your screen at that moment to your clipboard. I would then open paint and hit the tool that looks like this. You can then past the image of your screen you took in paint then click and drag around the area you want to show... right click and cut. Ten you can start a "new" fresh paint and past it there. Drag the edge of the background corners to match the borders of your image and they you have it... Save it.
Open an image hoster like imageshack.com or picoodle.com and upload your image... Now you can just cut and past the image from the internet page to the forum...
