I can't find the post now, but whoever mentioned Haye v. Arreola is mistaken. Haye doesn't deserve a bout with Arreola- the kid has proved himself and should be in line for a title shot.
Oops
So what has Arreola done then??
Talk about double standards!! So Haye who is the undisputed world ranked number one Cruiserweight in the world is not worthy of a shot against a untested prospect in the Heavyweight division?? Thats like saying Calzaghe isnt worth a match up against Tavoris Cloud.
Prior to the move upto 175 that is.
Arreola hasn't done anything special either BUT
Did you just compare HAYE to CALZAGHE....You compared David Haye who has defended his cruiserweight titles ONCE vs a virtually unknown regional fighter to JOE CALZAGHE....Joe one of the best 168 pound fighters of all time, a guy who defended his titles at 168 for YEARS. Yes oh I do see the similarity
How about it would be like this, it would be like Joe Greene moving up to fight Peter Quillin...2 youngsters who haven't proven anything special in the division.
David Haye hasn't done anything at heavyweight but Cris Arreola is an undefeated HEAVYWEIGHT so at least he's had A FIGHT at heavyweight, unlike Haye (sorry beating a dude Audley Harrison already beat isn't that great of an accomplishment)
I just wonder how lolenga mock, a career long super middleweight can floor and buzz Haye so badly...
...it dont bode well for the heavyweights punching him.
My David Haye career set gets sent tommorow. Cannot wait. I'm going to study it and see if he really would beat Wlad and it will be good watching him early in his career as well. Ain't seen any early Haye fights.
David Haye would without a doubt smash Arreola to pieces
