I heard about this on the radio this morning... I used to be on football team with a 6'7" kid that ended up going to PITT as a noseguard... I wasn't bitching that he tossed my ass around like a ragdoll in practice. It just is what it is...

When you have a kid in school that's amazing at math the teacher isn't like, "Hey, can you dumb this down a bit for your retarded colleagues..."

It's really dumb in my oppinion and shows how pussy our society is becoming.

I have a friend who is agym teacher and you can't play dodgeball anymore cuz it some of the kids "aren't as athletic" Then fuckin peg the fat kid a few times and maybe he'll get on a treadmill...

This is rediculous... The Pussicication of out society.

My kids will play organized sports and learn how to loss so that some day they don't breakdown into tears in a board room at the age of 28 cuz things are not going their way...

Agreed move the kid up an age group....also anyone feel bad about his team which was broken up and sent to other teams just because he wasn't allowed to pitch.

That's the Northeast Liberal "Everyone's a winner" crowd.....hey if you go out and get your ass kicked but you try hard you LEARN FROM IT! Sports is a perfect way to learn that you have to work hard at something to develop and become good at a certain skill and it teaches kids to deal with defeat and losing and in some cases humiliation. I'm not saying kids should gloat or brag or be assholes, sportsmanship is a great thing and it's up to parents and coaches to teach class but competition teaches valuable lessons.

You aren't owed anything just for showing up, you have to try and even then you aren't guaranteed anything!

Even if he doesn't pitch when he plays, I hope he doesn't quit practicing and stop strenghtening his arm. He could very well be a major league player one day.

And what a bunch of pussy-bitches those other teams are. If they think the kid is "too good" to play against, won't they get their asses out there and practice until they too are "too good", then it'll be even.
