They need all the help they can get on the wings...they are very strong up the middle though.

People talk about them needing wingers but they have such as strong midfield with Alonso and Gerrard then they use Kuyt and Benayoun that they batter and tire teams, so when the wingers come on Babbel and Zahar they have greater success.

They have Mascherano back who will take the place of Gerrard whilst he has his operation but then they will have to use the 3 main midfielders plus one winger. They will be selling Pennant so this Riera may be useful asset.

What I would have done once Torres got hurt is bring in Benayoun for Torres and move Kuyt to striker to pair with Keane. Either that or bring in Babel to play striker.

Lyle have two outstanding players in Torres and Gerrard other than them two they are quite ordinary and they are both out for the United game!!! Great stuff!!
