Miles,I think your suffering from temporary insanity because your homesick or something.
Id put a real Philly Cheesesteak or Tastycake a NYC knish,or any LA Mexican dish against anything from the Isles. And dont even get me started on proper Pizza

I don't know about LA Mexican dishes, but the ones here in Tx. are probably just as good. My fave food is Mexican; especially langua{cow tongue} on corn tortillas, with a plate full of spanish rice, chips and hot sauce and I'm in heaven. Then finish with some sopa pia's{ did I spell that right?} And breakfast tacos with chorizo or ham and eggs with rice and chips; mmmmmm that's good eating.
