Though I think it can go either way by KO, I think Diaz TKO's Kats somewhere in the later rounds. Diaz' unmerciful and unceasing rapid-fire style has been proven to give problems to pure punchers like Kats. Diaz' machinegun punches often bring his opponents into submission somewhere in the latter half of the fight - I think that's what will happen, especially coupled with the fact that Kats gets cut easily...

As for the Juarez-Barrios fight, I think Juarez style will give a pure puncher like Barrios lots of problem, just like the first Barrera fight. Juarez will probably fight Barrios in an inside fight and keep pestering him with his hooks and uppers, piling points all the way, with Barrios unable to do much from the inside against his very tough opponent who fights very well from short distance. Juarez by decision.
