He has a punishing regiment of rowing machine for 4 minutes, then onto mountain climbing practice on his step ladder for 3 minutes; then it's off to the bathroom for wank time. After that tea and breast feeding before climbing into his bubble for nappy time.

Actually laziness has been getting the better of me recently and I've dropped the step ladder from my routine.
