My disgust at tonights Aussie H/W title fight

I see he got docked a point for an attempted head butt, but no warnings for fistings so maybe his behaviour has improved.

I'm curious to see this guy, any man brave enough to stick his finger up another rugby players ass has got to have some kahoonas.

haha I wasn't sure whether to believe you that he really stuck his finger up other players asses so I googled him.

On Wikipedia it says

'During a 2001 clash with the North Queensland Cowboys, Hopoate, in an attempt to unsettle several of his opponents, inserted his fingers in three players' anuses, the first occurring during the seventh minute of play. At the conclusion of the match the matter was immediately referred to the rugby league judiciary where a case was put forward from both sides on March 28.

At a board meeting he tried to claim he was simply giving them a wedgie but this is what one of the victims said

The three victims in the case, Cowboys players Glenn Morrison, Peter JonesPaul Bowman all disagreed with the reasoning put forward by Hopoate and his team with Jones stating "It wasn't a wedgie. That's when your pants are pulled up your arse. I think I know the difference between a wedgie and someone sticking their finger up my bum"[5] and Bowman saying that he was "disgusted" and "couldn't believe it"[6].

He sure is the "Bad boy" character - AND apparently the fight was a good one. Shows my sense of Judgement. Still don't think we should hav to pay for domestic fights though. It's ruining boxing.

Apparently Mirovic sustained a fractured forearm and Hopoate a broken right hand. From all accounts it was actually a great fight. O well, should have spent the dough. Did not expect it but there you go the best surprises are the ones you don't expect i guess. Did any other Aussies see it, or record it?
