I have a sweatband that says Juan Manuel Marquez on it.

Still, I voted for Campbell and Guzman. I think the price tilts the scales in their favor.

Also I am looking forward to Bradley-Cherry more than Mora-Forrest.

We have no choice here we are getting the Campbell fight which is better than nothing but wanted to see the Casamajor fight more as it will be more competitive. Guzman should beat Nate but unsure about JMM beating Joel.

Both very important fights and equally as good but if I had to lean 1 way then I'd go with Guzman vs Campbell
    Reasons ;

Cuz Casa is about a decade past his best and Marquez is also pretty old and in the wrong division

    and

This could be the start of summat great for Guz especially if he looks the part. Campbell also is the complete package and will make this a really good fight .

We can also look at this way...

A Campbell or Guzman victory this weekend is more important than a Casamayor or JMM victory...

Campbell winning over an undefeated slick boxer...

Guzman defeating a bigger 3 belt holder champ...

Casa winning over a small counter puncher...

JMM defeating an old shot lineal champ...

Anything to put JMM down somehow...
Once he becomes THEE lineal champ Pac will have to answer to that.

I see Campbell / Guzman has potential to be real entertaining crossroad-esqe battle.

But Casamayor vs. Marquez is the one.Tactical and physical fight between two of the Smartest fighters in the last couple of decades Imo.How many possible hall of famers in that one btw ?

This is not to put JMM down...

According to JMM he already defeated PAC twice... So a 3rd PAC-JMM fight has no bearing at all since JMM (according to him) defeated PAC two times already in their two encounters...

But if Team JMM can offer PAC the money that can match the money in the possible PAC-Hatton or PAC-PBF future fights then JMM might possibly get a 3rd fight with PAC even if he defeated PAC already two times (according to him)...

PAC will be retiring in 2009 so PAC will be only after the BIG money fights from now on... PAC has 2 or 3 fights left before leaving boxing and then pursuing a life of a public servant in his native Philippines...
