been thinking real hard about a job change. Been at the same company for about 14-15 years now. I really like it but a new job opportunity which I feel very positive about (they know me and I know them very well). Has an Executive Director title and it pays nearly six figures. I can probably negotiate it to get to six figures. BUT I really love what I am doing now. I have not been offered anything BUT they were the ones that told me to submit a resume. They came looking for me. so.....decisions decisions
