Ive always been partial to a bit of KFC every now and then. Back home I like the Crispy Chicken Strips, not healthy but they taste good.

It seems that they are completely phasing out the original recipe chicken here in Korea. Thats pissed me off a bit because its the only thing I like from KFC out here. The strips they do are just a lame and bland spicy version and the main chicken pieces are now just a spicy crispy variant too. Ive only ever seen this spicy variety here in Korea and its tasteless rubbish.

Ive taken to making my own strips and this recipe is actually quite good if anybody else wants to dabble in the kitchen then give it a try!
