shit this topic makes me reminisce. This was the time of me getting out of a long term relationship and getting back into boxing. I was all psyched that Mayweather would face off against hatton.
after all, we didn't know how truly beat pussy gtti was until gomez whopped him. Past is 20/20 and all.
And at the time we were all ignoring the injuries/layoff/etc that tszyu had going on when he TRAVELED to fight hatton's home turf to fight him. Still remember: that fight was about even when Tsyzu sat and didn't get up...hatton was looking gooood then wasn't he?
That was a good time. I remember telling friends that it was gonna be the next thing and they had to get in on the upcoming hatton-mayweather showdown...that was like 2 years before it happened? Ha ha ha! My young ignorant self. That was when I though hatton was better than he was.
But the memories..
