Hurt

nothing through fighting but from supplementary training.

Damaged knee cartilage. During a martial arts seminar.
Tore quadricep. Caused by over training, boxing session followed by heavy weights session followed by sprint workout, next day muscle soreness, went to kneel down and r-r-r-r-i-i-i-p-p-p-p, you can feel it tear up your leg. Now that was PAINFUL
I guess those are the worst, as yet not broken anything.

Wow that deffinently must have hurt. My brother did that except he pulled his hamstring...he said that the pain was pretty bad.

lots of very bloody noses..
i bleed easy.
other then that i have had brusing on the skull bones around my eye
but you cant feel them unless you close you eyes real tight.

Busted up knuckles in the right hand, a left shoulder that grinds when I rotate it; nose bleeds, black eyes, sore sore ribs, urinating blood,.

ive broken both my hands, ive had my floating ribs broken, my nose has gone now, cut my eyes many many times...
my hands are a mass of destroyed scars, i used to punch bags with no goves, and spent a session hammering into a gauze punching bag, only to realise at the end i had removed all the skin from my hands... not nice.
