    Every person who trains gets low and feels that they don't have the energy to train, I think thats a given.

    I always find watching tapes of the better fighters makes me want to train and fight like them.

    Watching a tape of Tyson will get me hyped up any day of the week.

    My dream of going to the Olympics keeps me motivated, or watching a great fight and seeing the heart, will, skill, displayed just gives me so much motivation.
