listening to Haye he really does seem to know what the hardcore fans want, and what they think. He knows he would be crucified for this and won't do it/

I hope he doesn't take it, but his option base will get thinner and thinner everyday he waits. For a top level HW fight 8 weeks is not enough time to get everything in place.

I hope hayes comes out and denies these rumours. hayes needs to get someone of rahman or ibragimov's status as a first or second fight at heavyweight. the fact that mercer is being linked with hayes shows how desperate hayes' camp is right now. would matt skeleton take it at such short notice?
