Not sure if this has been covered because im simply above back tracking through threads (new members game) but for me i just knew that Lennox would Smash Rahman down like a bag of shit tied up with string in the middle as soon as the rematch was announced and f*ck me he hit him hard..."One..Two...BANG"

Some of these fight could be considered stay busy fights. .....in keeping ring rust off, no fight is pointless.

Well Hopkins vs Echols 1 was competitive as i remember it i only had Hopkins winning by a few points because Echols tired in the later stages, i remember Echols being unlucky aswell not having a knockdown scored over Hopkins in the 1st round, but yes your right there was no real need for the rematch it wasn't controversial win the first time, and while were on the subject. Hopkins vs Echols 2 was one of the dirtiest fights i've ever seen.Some people think Hopkins faked the injury to the knee. Because Allen was actually wining the fight and was begining to gain momentum.The fight was starting to get rough and Mills lane went to break a clinch and accientally sent Hopkins through the ropes.
I haven't seen the fight in a long time but I think that's how the fight was going. I have about 30 Hopkins fights and I know I haven't seen them all but I've seen the Allen trilogy for sure...
Going through this just now Hopkins had a couple of rematches he shouldn't have what the hell did he fight Echols twice for?
