Was it Dragonball or Dragonball Z? Last I heard they were going to do the Cell Saga of DBZ, but don't know anything else about it.

I didn't think it'd be possible to really make a real life movie of DBZ until I saw Matrix Revolutions, where Neo and Smith have a very DBZish fight at the end.
