First and foremost, I am not mad at you Diane. You haven't seen me debate about boxing. Relatively, you're new here.

Second, who started this thread? The one who claims that his boxing knowledge is infallible. Me, am just a nobody. Just your regular poster here but I've seen and read most of VD's posts and I might as well say I have more sense than him. Besides, we had a debate before and have known how shallow is his kowledge in boxing. He's trying to cover it up by pretending to discuss about many boxers and prove his superiority in knowledge by humiliating others. The truth is, he is insecure of his knowledge that's why he would always insist that he is right.

Me, I don't care how you see me. If I decide to talk about other boxers I see to it that I am responsible for every utterances I make.

I would analyze a fighter by watching his fights. I just don't say things without studying them. That's how intellectual people act. I don't know about VD.

Lefty is impressed with VD's knowledge and so is Diane. I can't blame them. If compared to the lowly brucelee, VD may seem to be more knowledgeable. I don't care about it coz I know the truth. I have tested VD's knowledge and have proven him miserably lacking. That's for you guys to find out.

I may not get a vote but why will I care. VD started it to heal his wounded ego. He knows I owned him so many times and he feels consoled with this thread.

With that said, yes, I wasn't here when you two supposedly had this big debate, so I cannot say whether or not you "owned" him, but since I have been here, and in the grand scheme of things, nothing has shown me that you do know more than him. I'm not saying that you don't know anything, I'm just saying that I haven't seen anything that makes me think that you know more than him. Where as, I see and read many posts, and threads, started by Violent D about fighters that I have never even heard of, and of course the ones that I do know, and nothing suggests that he doesn't know what he is talking about. Plus, I can honestly say that I have learned a thing or two from him, where as I cannot say that I have learned anything new from you.

And as far as him being insecure in his knowledge, and trying to heal his bruised ego, sorry, but on that one I have to fully disagree with you. He has been nothing but confident in everything he posts. I have seen nothing to indicate insecurity. Most importantly though, don't you realize by now, that when he starts threads like this, or constantly keeps the banter going with you, that he is just winding you up, and pushing your buttons? Why? Because it works everytime. Trust me, anything you say to him, does not bother him one bit, so that is why he has no problem going at it with you. It has absolutely nothing to do with insecurity. How do I know this, because Violent D and Danny are the same in that regard, with the exception, that Danny adds visuals. It's all about winding people up, that allow themselves to get wound up.

I agree. It's nothing personal Bruce. I just don't know how you can say you have better boxing knowledge than Violent Demise. And the evidence is there, you haven't.

It was similar when I had a go at Danny G for just going on about Cotto. But to be fair to Danny he's been posting on a number of things now bar Cotto.

I am not taking it personally Diane. I like doing this debate. It keeps the forum exciting, at least for me. I am not personally offended with this thread coz just like what Bilbo said, it represents how "shallow" is the personality of VD.


I am actually benefited with this thread. Believe me or not, I have learned not to care about VD's attacks or comments. I know him very well and as to the two of us,personally I know that I make more sense than him.


Regarding VD's insecurity, I know he's insecure Diane. That's what I've learned in my psychology class. VD knows that I'm correct on this.VD neg reps me without a reason so he must be very insecure with me. That's how I see it.


Regarding our knowledge in boxing, like what I've said am a fan of Pacquaio but I will say things against him if needed. I think many can attest to that. You can't blame me for supporting Manny. He's the only Filipino right now who's successful in boxing.


I have seen his early fights in local television and I have watched his fights even before he became known in the Philippines.


I don't start a thread about other fighters coz just like you, I'm busy. Besides, I haven't started a thread about pacquaio for how many months already.

I'm here in Saddo to learn things and to enjoy boxing.

tough call really, vd is that gym rat type that knows his gym but bruce is a journeyman who learns from everywhere. Bruce is the study type guy and vd is the original dude u rely on with random questions, but his passion can be a bit aggressive. His way of words can be too insulting and in the ears of the general public, he is unstable and only the ones who really know him can assure he is reliable. Bruce in the other hand gains respect with his open minded approach.

if this was about overall knowledge, vd may be street smart but bruce is a real proffessor. Bruce I.Q easily surpass most guys, thats a fact.

My point is, in each others world vd and bruce would not last but bruce would be more adaptable in most world. V.d can get frustrated and result in aggression, thats his downfall.
