No other way to explain it . You can excuse it once or possibly twice at a stretch but to do it every single time he has a big fight shows that he must get the sh*ts and cant go through with it. fu*k Guzman ! Doesnt have the heart a fighter needs.

This time i know why he only fought 28 times in the past 11 years.. that fight against Harrison i think its not his fault.. but that against katsidis(injury issue and can be reschedule if he wants too), arthur(rumors of visa issue but now i think its more of a Joan issue not making weight or other excuses), now its oldy campbell... man o man what is going to happen to him now.. He talks all the time like he is being avoided.. Now i have doubts on that its like he is the one avoiding bigger fights. stupid stupid.. And that supposed Katsidis fight, i think he shit in his pants and pull out claiming injury when he found out that his power from 122 is not going to be enough to beat one of the badass of 135.. what a shame.. he's got talent but thats all he has.. talent not being use and tested and wasted at best.. He should be penalized on this man.. Campbell work his ass out to make the weight and this dumb doesn't even bother to try to shed those extra few pounds(knowing it would weaken him if he push himself).. This is not about Guzman luck anymore, this is his wrong doing now and didn't act like a professional.

Dont feel sorry for Guzman, he never intended to test his so-called talent against a major player. I don't believe for a second he couldn't make weight if he tried and was dilligent in his preparation. It's Nate I feel sorry for, he's earned the right to have the big fights at this stage of his career and that prick wasted 6 months of it.

I can only hope he's learned his lesson because the road back is gonna be a lot longer then it would have been if he'd just made weight. Unless he comes with an excuse as to why he didn't make weight that makes us all look like asses :P

I was well pissed off about the fight.

I hadnt logged on this morning and was hoping to sit through two channels and cards of live boxing. I was quite excited about it. The Cherry fight ended and they started replaying the Liverpool game from last night. I had no inkling that the fight had been called off. I checked the listings again on tv and it said clearly that the Guzman fight was the main event. I spent the next 10 minutes bemoaning the Korean broadcasting services declaring that it was an amateurish job.

I still got Forrest and Marquez, but I was looking forward to the Guzman fight. It was only later that I turned on the computer and was pretty shocked to find out the whole thing had been called off.

Being overweight is bad. To then have a fight called off so late because you've got sick is a double tango.

I dont know what to think of Guzman after all that.

He may get another shot, but he's not going to do very well up at 140 were everybody can walk through his punches. This is the big signal that he is through, just like the weight issues signaled the end for Corrales and Castillo. He will never win another major fight against a world class fighter. He might be able to run around and outpoint a guy like Kats or a mediocre guy like David Diaz, but he'll be in big trouble if he gets in with Marquez, Hatton, or Pacman.
