    to be honest with me its just the snacking when im hungry in between meals i can get a bit unhealthy, i do tend to eat fruit etc but sometimes to many crisps etc

    An easy and healthier way to snack,a honey mustard sauce,and some chopped broccoli and pepper for dipping

    will have to try it, been having a raisins dried apricots and seeds recently not the nicest tasting things tho

    Unsalted peanuts and sultana's is a favourite of mine, but yeah sometimes (especially when studying) i'll have some biscuits. Just means you have to work a lot harder in the gym though

    i cant work any harder than i already do ! i give it everything i got everytime i go, otherwise what would be the point ?
