What you have to remember is that Williams took the fight on 4 days notice to pay Warren back for pulling out of the first Skelton fight.

He'd been doing some roadwork (don't care if Smash says he looked fat... he looked in much better shape than he has done... looked like a bit more of the mass was Muscle this time round) but he only sparred once and that was yesterday...

I've sparred loads and seen plenty of sparring and thats the way Williams worked it... it was just sparring for him, gotta give him credit for going in when he knew he wasn't sharp to help out Frank Warren and put up with Mr Kipling Jokes... :P

In sport Science we have a thing called reversability, its how quickly the level of fitness (physical and skill) declines when you're not using them at all or as much... I wouldn't use his performance to rate how his rubber match with Skelton will go

He defnetly looks like he's off the cakes now though.
