Well the Kimbo punches were obviously faked.

The punches certainly looked real enough so my guess is that Blain was wearing some kind of stomach (flesh coloured) shielding.

That would explain why he only lifted his top a little rather than took it off like a real man would do.

It also explains why he looked a bit fat.

He was probably wearing one of those 300 abs packs.

The bullet catch not sure how he did it but he even said specifically beforehand that it wasn't real so obviously he didn't really get shot in the mouth, else he would be dead.

I think the punch thing was real, but it was weird how Kimbo crouched and threw a straight punch rather than just uppercutting or hooking him to the body. Wouldn't that have been a harder punch? I think Blain has a wee bit of muscle beneath the flab and the fact he was free standing and jumped clear across the room when punched shows he wasn't absorbing the full effect of the punch. The trick is really just believing you're not about to get your stomach plug punched out (you'd have to see Kung Pao to know what I mean).

The punches are real its a chi thing.

Hudini used to do that infact it was a body shot that killed him.
