In what country are the worse mismatches made?

I disagree with Japan, I think they along with Thailand are the worst.

This page is representative of my above point re Japan. It also reveals some terrible mismatches in Thailand.

I have no real knowledge of this, but if you check the schedule currently on boxrec for Japan, two of the first three fights to come up have mismatch all over them.

Yasutaka Kuroki (18-3) v Wattana Ponnak (debut)
Yoshinori Kowatari (7-1) v Viratnoi Sithsoei (0-1)

And those two victims there both being shipped over from Thailand. That being said, I can't see that many records on the schedule that look like a journeyman loser's record like, for example, Tony Booth's in the UK.
