He's a beast along with his brother Lamont, who has wins over Andre Dirrell and Rock Allen. Both won national Golden Gloves and were good prospects to make the 2004 Olympic Team, but came up short. The Petersons have a great story. Really good guys. Really personable and down to earth. They support DC amateurs boxing and attend many shows here locally every weekend they are around. I just saw them last weekend with their 3rd amigo and stablemate Ty Barnette. They also still are regulars at their local gym where they boxed during their amateurs and have been with the same coach since they started - which is really rare these days.
