You won't be able to reset your stable until the end of the year when you will be able to reset your stable & sell any fighters you have to add to the $18,000 you will restart with.

But you are more than welcome to sell or auction any of your current fighters & purchase others. You still have about $8,000 in your account at the moment to purchase more fighters
