It's just an insect that appears like a blur becuase its moving too fast for the camera shutter. Probably crawling over the lens or something.
Monster Quest had an episode on it and its pretty common.
Certainly not a ghost of any kind.

I'm no expert, so you might be right. BUT, just far too many accounts of this sort of thing, along with moving object, etc., to simply dismiss it.
People have actually seen shit in my own house... many years ago, however.... nothing recent, knock wood.

A while back I posted about some things I saw when I lived in Maryland at my Uncles's house. I don't think anyone on here believed me, and that's fine, becauseI still wonder to this day if I was seeing things{along with my Uncle and his dogs}. Changed my perception on things a bit those things did.

Before I became to cowardly to leave my home (mid 90's) I took three trips with my father to look for Chessie. He thought were going fishing.
