Problem is Hopkins never beat anyone in his prime.
He would most likely lose to any other GREAT middleweight.. without ever being totally outclassed by anyone.

3-Time SADDO PREDICTION COMP CHAMPION.

He'd lose to everyone of them and he's not a legend.

actually i see him winning against duran, and hearns atleast. but robinson, leonard, and hagler would be the only three out of those 5 that have better chances of winning. and notice i said etc which means other middleweight legends like lamotta, monzon, even james toney so its not just those 5 i mean all of them.

Often Hopkins was his own worst enemy in making the right management decisions. He was stubborn, borderline arrogant often.I believe even more so after his dealings with Butch Lewis. His unwillingness/refusal to go division jumping through majority of career had him ruling a depth less division.Holmes,Joppy,Echols,Allen, not exactly awe inspiring but he beat them up.He may not warrant the notoriety for a star studded resume of opponents but IMo that does not equate to him being winless against past greats. At middle I think he beats Hearns & Duran and is even money with Hagler & Leonard.Give me Hopkins/Toney at all time peaks at middleweight.....![]()

I'm suprised nobody thinks Hopkins would beat Ray Robinson, he could barely string two consecutive wins together at middleweight.
If he could lose to the likes of Turpin, Bassilio, Fulmer and Olsen etc he could certainly lose to B Hop

bhop might win the first time and then SRR will win like 3 more times after that
