Plus I don't think sex offenders should EVER be let out... One because they are sick bastards.. But two, and this is the main point..... Usually they have been in jail for 10 years, and they live better in there than they do on the outside anyway. They rarely have jobs or lives on the outside, and all they have to look forward to is planning their next attack.. I mean, how many re-offend?? WAY to many.....

I honestly think that the release of sex offenders should NOT be done on a case by case basis anymore... They need to look at the odds and past history of what happens in most cases when sex offenders are released... They simply do it again... To them, going and attacking someone is worth the jail sentence.... So they WILL do it again... There is almost no doubt...

In some countries, being caught with a gram of weed serves a bigger jail sentence that being a 10 time convicted pedophile in our "civilized" countries..
