Right now i'd say mosely,however i'd give him a slim chance against any of these guys outside of williams or tony. Berto for the time being just needs to fight the easiest fights he can get away with without looking too silly seeing how he does have a belt and all. Eventually by the way he's progressing he'll be ready for anyone in the division.
