Not side by side unfortunately but Barret seems a top fella and a nice guy...
Haye stating at the presser this morning that he'll retire if beaten by Barret.
Barret came out was a classic line "Haye (like my girlfriend) is 10 years my junior and that's the only similarity apart from..... She like it when i spank her ass"
Haye seems very nervous about facing him to me and wasn't full of his usual confidence of picking a round in which he'll spark him etc.
Add that to the fact that he's already mentioning retirement and mentioning that he only took Barret to please the boxing fan and he knows he'll get clipped etc,he even said that if Barret hits him like he did Fields then it's basically all over
Worrying times or mindgames?
Looks worried to me and he needs to take Barret out v early i think or he's gonna end up in a Thompson situation all over again.
Anyway see for yourself as it's repeated later on tonight.

will check this out - cheers
Haye really said stuff like that and looked nervy ??
Has to be mindgames surely Haye is growing on me big time. Really liked the way he challenged Wlad in the arena shopping centre.
Hope he's around for a good 2-3 years yet
Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate

I can't believe that Haye is putting this much pressure on himself on first real challenge at heavyweight. I was really hoping for Haye to be a force in the heavyweight division, but he kinda seems like he's defeating himself early here. He is an exciting fighter, but I expected much more confidence. Only time will tell, if he doesn't perform well against Barrett he could always move back down to cruiser and go after Cunningham, really suprised to hear the retirement line.
For every story told that divides us, I believe there are a thousand untold that unite us.

never seem him like that before![]()
