I don't know who has the stupid position bro but I still feel that Iraq was becoming a threat to its neighboring countries and even to some muslim groups/villages.
    How so?
If they had been, their immediate neighbors Syria Turkey and Iran, would have welcomed our invasion.
    All were against it
Iraq was a threat to bad cigars, and moustache wax,and thats about it
I still believe that Iraq was a threat to the world. They were/are protecting Muslim terrorists.

These terrorists have a way of making stories as if they are the victims. I know it bro.

MILF, a muslim terrorist group in my country, would usually deny their acts of civilian killings. They are wreaking havoc to rural areas and after putting villages to fire they would say that it's the military doing it.

I know how these terrorists fabricate stories.

There are no Canadian solders in Iraq. In Afghanistan, Canadian soldiers have been taking casualties at a comparable and at times higher rate than U.S. soldiers in Iraq.

While I agree with you that the gov't does not reflect the wishes of all its citizens, citizens in a democracy (supposedly) have the ability to stop these things from happening. Iraq was a very popular war initially.
Not from me,I smelled rodent high and hard, when the UN has to pull out weapons inspectors so we can invade because a country is supposedly in violation of a resolution that calls for weapons inspectors,I smell rat

You can believe what you want, it doesn't make it true. Show some evidence of these ridiculous claims. I would be amazed if you could.

Terrorists have never claimed to victimized by the Iraq War, it is the single most important thing in helping them gain new recruits. It also gives them an easy venue for killing Americans.

You have no idea what you're talking about and the situation in the Philippines is not related in any way shape or form to Iraq.

I'm certainly not claiming every American felt the same way. Not for a second. However, the climate was such that dissent was not well tolerated and I think a lot of people were cowed into silence. Kudos to those who did step up and stick their necks out.

Does it really matter though,Dead is dead. The citizens have the ability to stop the actions of the Government once elected, set in motion just as much as a guy flagging down a city bus.......while standing in front of it .

Dead is certainly dead. You asked if there were Canadian troops in Iraq, I assumed it was a serious question so I answered it.

As for the civilian/gov't thing, I do agree. The only thing that stops wars is economics.

My exact quote during the UN hearings(talk about a show trial) was "We dont seem to be able to take yes for an answer"
It would have been like carpet bombing Michigan and Pennsylvania for Christian Posse Comitatus and Aryan Nations.
Actually that would have made more sense then Iraq did.
At least they had direct involvement in Oklahoma City, unlike Iraq and 9/11
