It'll probably be a tie because no one will land a "knockout punch", of course undecided voters might be swayed by McCain's ability to look at the moderator when he talks. Obama typically circles to his left that is sure to hurt his chances.

If I hear "My friends..." one more time I might lose it.
God I hope Obama wins.

McCain is laughable. "I am going to get him, I know how to get him, but I'm not going to telegraph my punches like Obama did"

Every time it is a tie Obama`s voter count goes up. So yea...a tie is just fine![]()

Hey Youngblood, out of curiosity, who would you vote for on the 14th if you were able to?
Sad thing is, you're probably smarter and more well informed than 90% of the people who are allowed to vote.

I will say one thing about the NDP. Here in the north, the NDP is the only government that hasn`t overlooked us and pandered to the metropolitis of Toronto and its voting base. I tend to believe them more then I do the other parties. Our region has always supported the NDP more then other areas of the country, and rightfully so...as they have done more walking then talking for our northern interests.

Thus is going to be a tough election to pull the lever on.At any moment I expect Mccain to start yelling out for his slippers and apple sauce flailing his arms. And that playing on fears shite is real tired. With Obama.....Im just not feeling him at all.Too whimsical and wishy washy. One thing I can not stand is the moderated forums that they use...way to structured and rigid.....just put them at a table with two mics, get rid of the red, yellow, green lights and dictatorial Brokav and let them hash out the issues.
McCain tried here to implore that hokey cornball tone that Palin did in spots.

I think Obama edged it. McCain was completely full of shit but most voters won't notice.
In debates people usually hear what they want to hear and see what they want to see....Obama supporters see him winning and McCain supporters see him winning.

I didn't watch the debate, but I wanted to (spending time with the missus and her IM-TEE-VEE). It's sad to me that we judge someone's politics based on body language and likeability. Obama didn't make eye contact, or McCain sounded too bland, etc. Why do we tend to value fluff over actual content? I don't care if Obama or McCain is likeable- can either guy do a sufficient job is my question.
