A CNN poll of undecided voters says Obama won 51-34.
In debates people usually hear what they want to hear and see what they want to see....Obama supporters see him winning and McCain supporters see him winning.
I didn't watch the debate, but I wanted to (spending time with the missus and her IM-TEE-VEE). It's sad to me that we judge someone's politics based on body language and likeability. Obama didn't make eye contact, or McCain sounded too bland, etc. Why do we tend to value fluff over actual content? I don't care if Obama or McCain is likeable- can either guy do a sufficient job is my question.
Oops
I thought Obama was very good, he really has gotten better from the early Democratic primary debates.
Otherwise, I mean obviously nothing's changing my mind. I'm as likely to shoot myself (or one of you people) as I am vote for McCain.
BTW am I the only who gets annoyed by McCain's constant "My friends" bullshitCome up with something else John, variety is the spice of life.
I'm tired of all of them saying "folks". Never before in a presidential election have I seen candidates want so badly to show their middle American roots.
I know it would kill his chances at election, but I would love to hear Obama respond to an offensive question with, "Nigga, please." I'd vote for him like 52 times if he did that.
Oops
14 year olds interested in politics ? bloody hell at that age i thought wet dreams, meant how many times you pissed in the bed as a little kid.
How many times did you piss the bed anyway? Seeing as we have the question going...lol
It's funny really. That reference. You see, we start life off in a diaper, and often finish it in one. And then in between we collect knowledge and experience. Some better and faster then others.
But speaking of diapers, and back to politics...I'm guessing McCain had to run out of the town hall last night so fast to change his.![]()
