No doubt there are some fire-sales going on out there now, but who knows, things can go from bad to worst real quickly in the coming weeks or months. We're definitely sailing on unchartered territory and it's really very risky to cross there at this point. Things are very hazy now; nobody know for sure where we're heading. Of course, if you take a that risk right now, you will make a real big jackpot if things turned out even just a little better.
