If I could do away with any celebrity and get away with it, the list would go

1. Bill O'Reilly (the list should end here really)
2. Rush Limbaugh

There are a few others but it's late and I can't remember. But O'Reilly for what he said about San Francisco and Limbaugh because....just because.
