I've had it pulled out of the trap in Maine like an 30 minutes before it was cooked its so good. One of my first memories is my Uncle showing us how to handle a live lobster and it bit the shit out of him.

Red Lobster's pretty horrible. Actually I've never eaten there but I suspect its horrible.
Maine Lobster's the best. You have to get it fresh.

They sell live lobster at the Asian market here and all up and down the piers in San Francisco they do the same. Same, deal. Yeah I still don't like it.
I'm not huge on steak either though. I've never had lobster high, which typically means I can't trust my own taste buds but whatever.
I mean I really like a good steak but I guess its kind of overrated in a way in that its seen as the be all end all of good food.

Agreed, I once ate at a place called the Whaling Station which was like an insanely high class restaraunt in Monterey, Clint Eastwood eats there. Anyways, they brought out like on their steaks on a tray and then aked which we wanted, had like a $80 10 oz steak. Was crazy. But it was really nothing overly special.
Steak is so bland, you can only put so much flavor into it. Would much rather have a good stir fry then a steak.
