Ok just read in the London papers (and Vitali is quoted as saying this) that Vitali wrapped his fists in his babies soiled nappies after the Peter fight to help reduce swelling
He claims his nan suggested it as.........
"The nappies hold the liquid and the swelling stays down."


That's just wrong surely
