hey one thing i do to help my foot work is i have a pice of tape on the ground bout 8feet long. heres the work out i do with it
each is 20 secs with 20 secs rest
both feet together and hope over and back moving down and back up the tape(thats jumping so that the tape gets longer as i jump to the side)
then i face the way the tape is going and jump down and up feet together
then i shuffel (facin so that the tape gets longer to my right hand side) down and back
thats all i can think off right now i hope this makes sence im kinda tired.
