I'm pretty sure he wanted to be called an invisibility "cloak." When it was leaked to the press it was referred to as a coat and then there was nothing he could do to change the publics mind.

This came up as a relevant thread to my new saying thread, so it's being bumped... I had a great link to a forum that told all the basic milestones of history right back a million years ago, and then went right into predicting the future 100,000's of years, and invisibility suits where a part of the prediction... Anyway, yeah..

No thats the funding scheme for the shady stuff. They SAY it's for a pen or pencil that costs a couple billion dollars but its actually money given under the table to work on other things. the funny thing is a friend of mine spent about £ 50,000 on one of these invisability coats , at the time i thought he was mad.
