I feel this was almost an accident waiting to happen. He lost his licence a whilst back due to a brain injury. It apparently cleared u but in my view once your brain is injured it never fully recovers,
I think this needs to be looked at to stop this from happening again.
Tip of the month: Protect yourselves at all times. You never know when the scheming bitch will come back for more.
