Seems a bit OTT to leave. I like Pavlik and I know he will be back at middleweight and will dominate down there for years to come. The weight was just not right. Not taking anything away from Hopkins though, the guy never ceases to amaze me, I was legitimately worried for the guy and he puts in a performance like that. One word..... AMAZING.

Well Country Boy shouldn't be so consumed with a fighter and raising them to the level of ATG proportions. CB one of my fave members here but he put his foot in his mouth on this one.

Pavlik my favorite current fighter and I watched him get smacked around silly last night; oh well I posted several times he was going to have major problems with Hopkins and that was un understatement, lol. I thought Pav would win a very close decision but this in no way shocks me; except maybe that Hopkins showed he won't lay on the ropes and still can go 12; amazing and good for him. Live and learn Pavlik. But fanboys always get it shoved into their faces sooner or later. Hopkins was splendid last night and Kelly was exposed as a one dimensional fighter; good at what he does but in this situation nowhere near good enough. Learn how to box if you're going to be a boxer; or sh#t like this happens.

Jeez bro this is a bit ridiculous plenty of my favorite fighters have lost since i've been here. MAB, JMM, Pavlik, etc. But its no reason to leave and you will be disappointing as a Kelly Pavlik fan, to leave because a real fan sticks with there fighter no matter what. And even when there wrong about prediction on a boxing forum, they stay here take the heat and keep appreciating there fighter.
