Okay, I don't know if they are fuking with us, and using a reference from An American Werewolf In London, by having Sam running naked through the woods, in order to keep us thinking that he is a werewolf?

Bilbo, you must have been turned on with more Sookie nookie, and blood sucking.

Okay, based on the preview for next week, we know where Bill was hiding out, but I wonder if the 3 others were killed, or if they made it out some how.

I'm glad that Bill killed that old pervert.
Glad as you may be, how is Sookie going to feel about that if she finds out. That was a HUGE over-reaction. I don't think she wanted him to do that.

Remember, there were 4 bodies pulled out of that house. If the 4th isn't Bill's, whose is it?

I'm wondering now that Tara's mother is "demon free" what role will she play in the house? It'd be funny as hell if she still were an alcoholic.
I'm not glad about Sookie letting Bill bite her. If you read my post from last week, I said that I was disappointed by that. I just commented that I know that Bilbo is happy about it.

Well the 4th body, is not Bill. They wouldn't kill him off. That's him reaching out from under the ground grapping at Sookie next week. I say he got her messages, and since he didn't have time to get home, he buried himself under the ground to stay alive. The 4th body could be a human that they picked up, to suck on for the night.

I think Sam is not as "good" as we think he is. He enjoyed killing Sookies uncle. He has already lead Sookie to believe that he doesn't drink human blood anymore. When/If she finds out that the same teeth that were/are in her neck had been in molsting uncles she will flip.

Did you hear the guy in the bar mention there was a "full moon" that night. It happened after the bar fight as they were closing that scence and moving to another. You only hear it being said.

If Sam isn't a werewolf after all of this it will be a "bite" on the stupid side.

You mean Bill not Sam at the start of your post.

I think Bill is good, or as much as he can be good within the contrainst of being a vampire. Incidently I think it's an interesting view on society that pedophiles are still the only human group for which there is no redemption.

I mean Bill is a vampire and feeds on the blood of the living but he's a good guy, Dexter is a serial killer but is still technically a good guy, gays can be good, murderers, drug addicts, gang bosses, basically everyone can be still be good or get some form of redemption but without exception everytime a pedophile is on telly they are always potrayed as evil to the core, without remorse, guilt or regret.

I think it's bad for society as it puts these people beyond help. There is nowhere someone who fancies children can turn to for support, the are just evil to the core, and all deserve to die.

I'm obviously not talking about those who kill and sexually abuse children, I'm talking about people who havn't done anything but feel those urges.

It's just interesting to me because the Dexter episode last week had him killing a guy who took a picture of his girlfriends daughter on the beach. He wasn't a killer and so didn't fit Dexter's 'code' but it didn't matter because he was a pedo. Obviously the audience is meant to rejoice. I expect a similar reaction was anticipated when Bill killed Sookies uncle, obviously he's a pedo so it's the morally right thing for him to be killed by a vampire.

I always think it's a cheap trick to kill pedo's in films, an easy way to justify a killing, he's a pedo so obviously deserves to suffer and fry, so Bill can kill a human and it's ok, as long as he's a pedo.

Very interesting, well-thought out post, Bilbo. I agree with it.

I just thought it was an evil act by Bill to kill a old man in a wheelchair. The first thing that came to mind is "what an asshole."

About your "dream question" where Sookie is being choked. It was Bill's dream so I imagine that it was not him doing the deed. But, if you notice Bill and Sam are both wearing blue shirts in that episode. At least that is how I recall it.

I wouldn't mind having you for a neighboor, Bilbo. "C'mon over and watch TrueBlood tonight."

Here's a thought....everyone figures the dog killed those people. Vampires might be able to shapeshift (we aren't up to snuff on the rules as laid out by the writer of this series just yet) and everyone figures the Dog is Sam, however wasn't the dog in the same scene as Sam in one of the earlier episodes? Also the Vampire that turned Bill into a Vampire, her full story is yet to be told and we don't know if she was killed or if Bill merely left her or left her after a fight or something......so I am thinking the girl who turned Bill into a Vampire is the main villain of this whole deal.

Very true Lyle... I said the same thing to a friend of mine that THESE vampires are different... They can enter churches, touch crosses and even survive garlic(although it's irritating)... There may be other things they can do.

As far as the dog, in the last episode the dog was outside Sam's trailor when Tara came over... He was inside. He's not the dog.

And when all the vampires are initially over the house that got burned down(episode 3 or something) Bill was stating he'd go above Eric which I'm almost positive is the chick that turned bill.

I think a vampire didn't kill Sookie's grandma. There's a vamp serial killer going around, but he didn't touch her.

Well not too much revealed this week.

We already knew that Bill wasn't dead, but we did at least find out who the 4th body was. Poor kid, but he did look like a freak at Fangtasia.

Hmmm, now I'm more curious about Sam.

We also now know how Sookie and Jason's parents died, and that it had nothing to do with vampires.

Damn, that Amy turned out to be a crazy bitch!! Jason has his hands full with that one.

Long Shadow is in for some trouble now.

So Bilbo, were you turned on by Lafayette getting some nookie?

Sorry, I couldn't resist, you know I'm just kidding.

Jason sure can pick these broads... No wonder they all keep ending up dead... They're all dumb. This chick in peticular... "Get his legs" LOL... Jason was like WTF!!!

Sookie with her, "If you turn whoever it is into the police I'll help you when ever you want..."

Yeah, nice job opening yourself up for that one....

    Great beginning to the show!!!!!!!!!!!

Sookie looked like Carrie with all that blood on her.

I don't know about anyone else, but I kind of find the V trips that Jason and Amy go on, are a bit corny.

    Amy is a psycho.

Hmmm, Bill has known all along what Sam is, and now we know a little more. But is there two dogs? There has to be since Sam played fetch with the dog.

And of course we all knew how the show was going to end.

But Waaaaaaaaaah, there are only 3 episodes left for the season.

2 things... yes the Vtrips are corny as shit and them fucking in front of the vampire was just... wierd. When Bill staked that dude his death was way to over dramatic and rediculous... Didn't really like that.

Yeah, I agree that Bill knows exactly what Sam is... They have mutual disdain for eachouther but also mutual respect.

You'd think Sam would have been a bit more........ careful. I don't know if it was broken concentration cuz he fell asleep or whatever but it's clear now that it's just not when it's a full moon or whatever cuz he showedto get by the detective that he can shift shape at will...

I'll be honest though, I hope he can shapeshift into something a bit more intimidating then friggin bingo cuz that dog is not ominous at all

Doing it in front of the vampire was weird, but I think that speaks to how gone you are on V. I think they're going for the 60s flower-power kinda thing with those backgrounds when they're high. When you consider Amy seems to have walked right out of that era I'd say those scenes are corny on purpose. But for it to be corny like that now only says to me that something terrible is going to happen during one of them. Maybe that vampire will break free and kill Amy while they're high.

I agree, but I think they want them to be.

As much of a jerk Jason is, I want her to somehow get caught up in what she's doing and Jason to get off scot-free.

I wonder how Bill knows and if other vampires know as well. Maybe the dog he played fetch with is another one?

I guess I didn't realize because he was always sitting down, but the vamp over Bill is hyooge. Maybe Bill is short, though.
