I don't think I'm going to go to the show, as with travel and accomodations it will cost me well over $200, plus I would miss a day of work. I think I am going to drop the class though, so the situation isn't a total loss.
    £100. That it ?

At the minimum, plus another $120 (Canadian) minimum for missing a day of work. Also, last week I went to Vancouver to see a Flogging Molly concert (cost me half a tooth in the pit ), and I spent a ton of cash on that trip. Drinking Crown Royal at a bar is not cheap.

I went to the show. Fucking awesome, I've seen literally hundreds of shows and this one is in my top 3 all-time along with Radiohead and Pantera.

Worth every penny (and brain/liver cell).

It was interesting going to a concert all by myself, I'd never done it before. I posted some vids from the the show (not taken by me) in the "What are you listening to?" thread.

Live for the moment bud, if you want to do something never ask yourself 'should I do this' just do it. You might not get the chance to do it again. That's my advice.

Good to hear. What were dome of the songs he did?

Neil is great in concert. I've seen him 5 or 6 times over the years, he always gets a real good crowd that makes lots of noise and shows their appreciation.
