To Eat a yogurt, because fuck you I love yogurt. But it said it had live and active cultures in it and I can't eat that anymore.

Actually the live culture in yogurt is supposed to be what is so healthy about it. They are just microorganisms that after you eat them will live in your gut and help you digest the other crap you eat.

They shouldn't have said that though. I still can't eat it, I can probably eat Yoplait strawberry yogurt so long as it doesn't have live cultures. No, it can have them just don't put it on the label.
