At the risk of making myself unpopular, no-one likes a smartass, I am going to point out a frequent error, which is misuse of these words. It happens a lot here.
"There" usually indicates a place, not posession.
"Their" indicates posession.
for example:
" ... Colombians and there punching power" is wrong.
"... Colombians and their punching power" is correct.
"Over there in Colombia there are lots of heavy hitters" indicates correct usage of the word "there".
"They're" is a contraction of the phrase They are.
For example, "Over there in Colombia, their punches are heavy because they're always taking steroids." is gramatically correct but most likely factually incorrect.
Another frequent mistake is misuse of the word "of"
"Could of, would of, should of" is never ever correct. It is always "could have, would have, should have"
