Of course, boxing's bad luck was such, it happened the same night as Nelson Mandela being released from Jail, so it was knock off virtually every papers front page.

He had been in jail for 27 years, so surely one more week would not make that much difference? :P
Also the same night Jordan entered the 3 point shootout and had the worse showing in 3 poitn shootout history making about only 3 of them Luckily Tyson was knocked out so the story was rarely if ever covrered

Buster vs Tyson is the biggest of all time bar none.
    Mentions are definately:
    James Toney vs Michael Nunn
    Hasim Rahman vs Lennox Lewis
    Baldomir vs Judah
Foreman vs Moore (and yes that was hilarious and just what Moore deserved)
    Clay vs Liston
    Duran vs Davey Moore
Duran vs Iran Barkley (Awesome display by Roberto Duran)
Sugar Shane vs Oscar(one of the first big fights I watched and I picked Sugar Shane)
    Ricardo Mayorga vs Vernon Forrest
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"

Didn't get knocked off the Sun front page - was a split headline with pictures ' Down & Out '

They released it as a t-shirt a few years back - tried to get hold of one but couldn't

Don't bully fat kids - they've got enough on their plate
