What Scary film really scared you shitless?

when i was a kid, thriller was out and in the video at the start where he turnes into a werewolf use to scare the crap out of me

the only other recent film that gives me the creaps is signs

I was the same mate.I remember watching Thriller and shitting meself and having nightmares afterwards for ages.I was about 5or6 year old at the time!
